spent most of his 20s running sound and playing lead guitar on tour with both popular and independent musical acts. He has been a visual and audial artist since his pre-teen years, studying photography and music throughout high school and college. A scholarship baseball player at Tusculum College, Jayson fell in love with East Tennessee en route from New Jersey to Knoxville on a recruiting trip to the University of Tennessee. Snow kept him in Greene County for a night, and he decided to stay permanently. Jayson is a technical photographer with extraordinary skills in exposing perfect color and light, posing subjects and leading line composition. He worked as a photojournalist for the Greeneville Sun and had a sizable career in erotica and boudoir photography before he hung up his professional camera. When Amy came down to Tennessee, he went from hobbyist to pro again, favoring landscapes and portraits and assisting her. He spends his time outside of photography doing landscape and home renovation work and giving guitar lessons. He is passionate about sports, especially football and hockey, people, the arts and anything related to WWII. His perfect day includes hiking the mountains, watching his NY Jets and building the perfect bonfire before settling in for the night with a goofy comedy on Netflix. Jayson met Amy in middle school, and even though she dumped him in the eighth grade, he still found it in his heart to reach out to her 26 years later and bring her to Tennessee.
is a lifelong artist and writer who discovered her passion for photography at the tender age of 31. Mostly self-taught and a digital photography professional, she also studied film photography in her short stint at art school. A graduate of her beloved Michigan State University, she has experience in journalism, public relations, advertising, content marketing, digital design and social media. Her degree in Interpersonal Communication is a reflection of her passion for humanity and emotion, which she strives to capture every time she presses the shutter. She has shot fashion editorials, head shots, portraits and modeling portfolios, as well as commercial and lifestyle imagery. In addition to her own work, she does freelance writing, photography, public relations and social media for AnaOno Intimates and Jill's Wish. Her passions outside of photography lie in breast cancer and metastatic cancer research, LGBTQ rights and gay marriage and growing her own herbs and vegetables. She is a HUGE sports fan, after spending seven years in amateur and collegiate athletics PR and growing up in a sports household in suburban New Jersey. Her perfect day includes a hike in the Tennessee mountains, a great football game, cooking from scratch and grilling out in the backyard. After growing up outside of NYC, living in the Midwest and spending 12 years in Philadelphia, she is most at home in the country. She is forever grateful to Jayson for bringing her to the South.
